MARSHALL COUNTY, Ind. -- The Marshall County Sheriff's Department reports deputies responded to the 15000 block of S.R. 17 around 7:16 a.m. on March 26, regarding call for an unwanted guest.

Authorities were told a man, later identified as 50-year-old Timothy Howard, was intoxicated and refused to leave.

Deputies' investigation determined Howard had driven to the residence and was intoxicated.

Howard was arrested and charged with Operating While Intoxicated with a Previous Conviction, a Level 6 Felony.

His bond was set at $1,505.
