53-year-old killed in crash on Baseline Road

Photo credit South Haven Area Emergency Services/Facebook A 53-year-old man was killed in a crash on Baseline Road Sunday evening, according to the Van Buren County Sheriff's Office.
Just after 9:30 p.m., deputies were called to 59th Street and Baseline Road in Geneva Township to investigate a crash.
When deputies arrived, they found a red car on its roof and the driver deceased inside.
Investigators say the driver was traveling westbound on Baseline Road when his vehicle collided with a wooden bridge rail, went airborne, overturned and landed on its roof.
The investigation into the crash is ongoing.
South Haven Area Emergency Services assisted in the incident.
