56-year-old woman arrested for OWI with BAC four times over legal limit

MARSHALL COUNTY, Ind. -- A 56-year-old woman has been charged with OWI after allegedly driving with a blood alcohol content (BAC) nearly four times over the legal limit, and "acting intoxicated" in front of her disabled vehicle.

Jamie Warren of Logansport was charged with Operating While Intoxicated with Prior, a Level 6 Felony.

On Saturday, Apr. 25, Marshall County deputies were called to an address in the 6000 block of 12B Road west of Bourbon for reports of a woman acting drunk in front of a disabled vehicle.

When officers arrived, they found Warren with the vehicle and determined that she had driven it while intoxicated.

Warren was arrested and taken for medical treatment and certified testing, which found she had a BAC of nearly four times over the .08% legal limit.

Warren was lodged at Marshall County Jail, and her bond was set at $1,500.
