NEW YORK -- Tuesday the World Trade Center Memorial reopened.
Crews worked for nearly a week to pump water out of the memorial.
Officials said parts of the National Sept. 11 Memorial and Museum were flooded by nearly seven feet of water.
A tree that survived 9/11 also made it through the storm.
