Part of S.R. 23 in St. Joe County will be closed on Oct. 21

Indiana Department of Transportation ST. JOSEPH COUNTY, Ind. -- Indiana Department of Transportation says part of S.R. 23 will be closed on Oct. 21.
A pipe structure will be installed between New Road and Osborne Road, along with a surface treatment being applied between Madison Road and Crumstown Highway.
Access will be maintained for local traffic. Through traffic should seek other routes.
