ABC 57’s Colleen Bormann preps for the Game Day Chase - part 1

ABC 57’s Colleen Bormann is serving as the emcee for the upcoming Game Day Chase on September 17th, benefiting Kelly Cares Foundation.

In order to prepare for the race, she enlisted the help of a running coach. DJ Hanback from DJ Multisport has been working with Colleen since her maternity leave several months ago. He sends her a running plan every Sunday, in anticipation of the 5k race. He’s also working closely with her to make sure she has everything she needs to properly train for a race, both on and off the track.

During the training, Colleen has been documenting her progress on social media. This week, she’s sharing race prep tips from industry experts in the Michiana area.
