Accident blocks traffic near the Indiana-Michigan state line

NILES TOWNSHIP, Mich. -- Three people are recovering tonight after a two car accident near the Indiana-Michigan state line.
It happened around 4:30 p.m. Sunday on State Highway 51 outside Niles Township.
Police told us the grey car appears to have crossed the center line. That grey car crashed into a black pick-up truck traveling north into Michigan.
Three people were transported to local hospitals with non-life threatening injuries.
The crash remains under investigation.
