Accident injures two kids in Terre Haute

TERRE HAUTE, Ind. — Two children were sent to the hospital after an accident shut down a major highway on Sunday in Terre Haute.
Police say a 29-year-old woman was hit by a pick-up truck.
The woman was ejected from her van and was rushed to the hospital along with her two children.
Parts of the highway were shut down as crews cleared the road. It has since been re-opened.
