The "MV1" is the first vehicle that meets the needs of people in wheelchairs and is also the only one that meets the guidelines of the Americans with Disabilities Act.

It features a deployable access ramp with a 1200 pound weight limit.

"I think that when you're looking at a wide variety of places, this vehicle can be used and the quality of workers it comes from it's just a huge moment of pride for all of us," said Representative Jackie Walorski.

"The most unique part is our ramp it's a power ramp. There's no obstruction inside the vehicle. It's very big. A family fits in very nicely," said John Walsh, VP of Sales and Marketing for AM General.

More than 70 percent of everything used to make the vehicle was made in the United States.
