Anderson to host world's first canine bodybuilding show

ANDERSON, Ind. -- Some Indiana dogs are on to the next big thing, bodybuilding.

The city of Anderson will host the world's first canine bodybuilding show next weekend. It will be at the Madison County Fairgrounds.

The organizer said he wants to introduce dog owners to a new sport, because he doesn't want to see any more dog fighting.

And he's going to make sure rules are set up and followed.

"If you don't use sound judgment then it leads down the wrong path,” said show organizer Rev. Scott Amos Sr.

The event will be held on June 2.
