Anthrax Drummer Released on Bond from Elkhart Jail

ELKHART, Ind.-- A popular drummer from the band Anthrax is out of jail tonight.
Charles Benante was arrested yesterday for domestic battery in front of a child and it happened right here in Michiana.
According to the sheriff's website he was picked up from Plaza Court in Elkhart and booked just before 10 Friday.
He was released on bond today.
