August 3 & 4: Coaches vs Cancer Golf Classic

The American Cancer Society’s Coaches vs. Cancer Golf Classic will kick off with a Silent Auction Reception on Sunday, August 3, 2014 from 6:00 – 9:00 p.m. at Four Winds Field at The Cove.  Here golfers and guests have an opportunity to bid on high-end sports memorabilia and experiences – exclusive items you won’t find anywhere! This reception will serve heavy appetizers and a complimentary beer and wine bar and cash liquor bar.



The golf tournament will be held at Blackthorn Golf Club on Monday, August 4, 2014. Festivities begin at 10:00 a.m. with Registration and lunch that will be served until 12:00 p.m. when we will have a shotgun start.  An awards ceremony and dinner will follow the tournament.



The Notre Dame Golf Classic is one of the premier golf events of its kind in northwest Indiana. This year’s VIP guest is NBA superstar, David “The Admiral” Robinson, who played his entire professional career with the San Antonio Spurs. Back again to host this year’s tournament as the Honorary Chair is the University of Notre Dame basketball coach, Mike Brey. Please join us for a day of golf and fun, and all for a good cause.
