Beacon Health System makes decision to consolidate behavioral health service line

ABC 57 ELKHART, Ind -- The inpatient behavioral health service will transition from the Elkhart Center for Behavioral Medicine to Memorial Epworth Center.
The service line consolidation allows Beacon Health to connect patients to a broader range of behavioral health services, specialized programs and clinical resources that can be better matched to patient's needs.
The transition is expected to be completed on Dec. 1, 2026.
