BENTON HARBOR, Mich. – Gwen Swanigan, the founder and CEO of the SHARP Foundation, spoke to ABC57 about a town hall she will be hosting called “Berrien County Community and Police Reform for Justice.”
Swanigan spoke about what she hopes the town hall will accomplish and the effort being made to address police brutality and the changes to the police system moving forward.
