Benton Harbor police investigating reports of shots fired

BENTON HARBOR, Mich. -- The Benton Harbor Department of Public Safety is investigating after multiple shots were fired at an apartment complex on Thurgood Avenue.

The shooting happened around 7:30 p.m., according to the department of public safety.

The department said the alleged shooters were teenagers and semi-automatic weapons were used.

There were no injuries reported.

There have been no arrests, but the case remains under investigation.
