Benton Harbor to host meeting addressing financial crisis

BENTON HARBOR, Mich. -- Benton Harbor's emergency financial manager is expected to take on the city's financial crisis at a meeting Monday.
Joseph Harris will address the future of their finances. The city is in some serious debt and concerns are growing after residents failed to renew an expired millage.
That meeting is set for 4 p.m. at the Business Growth Center on Paw Paw Avenue.
