EMA officials say 125 homes suffered minor damage, 63 suffered major damage, and 18 were destroyed, including one being shifted off its foundation.
Gov. Mike Braun has also made a State of Disaster Emergency Declaration for Elkhart County and other local counties.
I&M Power has also declared 100 percent of their customers have had their power fully restored in the county.
NIPSCO is continuing to work with EMA to address remaining outages. NIPSCO says there are still outages near C.R. 40.
EMA officials say there are less than 20 homes left to assess.
