Berrien County deputies investigating armed robbery

Berrien County deputies are investigating an armed robbery that happened at JD’s Truck Stop just after midnight Sunday.
Deputies said the suspect, armed with a pistol, entered JD’s Truck Stop at 12:06 a.m. Sunday morning and got away with an undisclosed amount of cash.
He is believed to be a white male, approximately 5’5” tall with a thin build and a tattoo on the inside of his right forearm.
The suspect was wearing a red shirt, believed to be the brand “Famous Stars and Straps,” red pants and a red and white hat.
No injuries were reported.
