Berrien County Sheriff announces unexpected death of K-9

K-9 Nero (Photo courtesy of the Berrien County Sheriff\'s Department) BERRIEN COUNTY, Mich.—The Berrien County Sheriff’s Department said on Thursday that one of their K-9 officers has passed away unexpectedly.
In the Facebook post, the department said that K9 Nero passed away unexpectedly on Thursday morning.
Nero has worked with Deputy Brandon Crosby for the last five years.
