Biden tours coastline hit hard by Sandy

Monday, Vice President Joe Biden toured an area of the New Jersey Coastline hit hard by Superstorm Sandy.

He flew over the damage in Seaside Heights by helicopter.

Then, he met with first responders who lost their homes.

Biden said it's going to be a long recovery process.

"Once the pictures of damage is cleaned up, everybody else thinks it's OK.  This is going to be a long process. It's going to be an expensive process," said Vice President Biden.

About 600 homes in New Jersey are still without power.

Vice President Biden also traveled along the coast to New York Harbor and lower Manhattan.
