Big Game = Big TV; Super Bowl sends fans shopping

MISHAWAKA, Ind. -- Two days and counting! The Super Bowl excitement typically sends people to electronic stores to buy televisions!

We checked with Best Buy in Mishawaka on Friday. Employees say they've seen a steady stream of TV sales.

Prices have really come down. Two years ago, a flat-screen TV cost about $2,000. Now, that same TV goes for about $600.

"It's still very busy; people want new TVs. They want new technology. You can do more things with TVs now than you've been able to,” said Nick Kaminsky of Best Buy.

HH Gregg also cut prices this week on televisions. Some up to 25 percent!
