Boil order and schools closed Wednesday in Edwardsburg

The fire at Smithfield Stables that killed 17 horses is affecting every Edwardsburg resident. 

Schools are closed because of a boil water order. 

The water superintendent says the efforts to put out tonight's fire drained their water pressure. 

It will take three days before that is back to normal and for the boil order to be lifted.

Officials have not said how long the schools with be closed.
