Morning clouds break up, giving way to party cloudy skies but it remains cold. We only top out in the mid 30s and it will feel like it's in the 20s with today's breezy conditions. It's all sunshine Tuesday then increasing cloud cover on Wednesday. Wednesday does turn windy again with gusts over 40 mph possible. The next system moves in on Thanksgiving, bringing mostly rain with rain/snow possible as it starts to move out. Temperatures are left cold heading into Friday.

Tonight: Clear. Low 25.
Tuesday: Mostly sunny. High 40.
