City of Mishawaka MISHAWAKA, Ind. -- The City of Mishawaka says that Campbell Street will be closed to all traffic between Seventh Street and Eighth Street beginning at 8 a.m. on April 6 for utility installations.
Updates regarding this closure will be sent as utility installs near completion for this phase of construction.
