Members of the Child Life Team at Memorial Hospital got creative to show their support for those on the front lines of the COVID-19 pandemic.
Patients, nurses and doctors walking in or out of the hospital will see motivational messages drawn in chalk on the sidewalks.
Normally during the month of March, the Child Life Team organizes creative activities for kids and other patients at the hospital.
COVID-19 concerns stopped most of the fun this year, so they adapted their message.
"To kind of go out with a bang to show our support to our colleagues whom we work alongside of everyday and show them some support and inspiration both as they’re coming in and leaving work through some sidewalk art," said Becky Wachs, a Certified Child Life Specialist.
