Starke County face-to-face with severe weather
WARSAW, Ind-- Kosciusko County holiday lights passport returns for the second year with 11 locations across the county that you can visit to see the holiday lights!
If you visit three or more of the light locations, you will be entered in a raffle for 150 dollars of Kosciusko cash!
The program is free to join for all ages and there's spots to visit all over the county, all with different holiday elements to offer!
