City of South Bend holding public meeting for input on 2020 budget

SOUTH BEND, Ind.—The City of South Bend is holding a public meeting to discuss the 2020 City budget.

The meeting will be held on Wednesday, April 24 from 6 p.m. until 8 p.m. at the Bendix Theater inside of the Century Center.

The meeting will begin with a 30 minute presentation on the basics of budgeting. From there, attendees will break into groups where city officials will take notes on what the public would like to see in the 2020 budget.
