Coast Guard searches for kayaker on Lake Michigan

NEW BUFFALO, Mich -- An official from the U.S. Coast Guard out of Michigan City, Indiana confirmed that three kayakers were in distress on Lake Michigan near New Buffalo City Beach Saturday around 3 p.m.
Two of the kayakers were successfully rescued, but one is currently still being searched for by the USCG via helicopter due to rough waters and night skies.
