Costco signs agreement with Citigroup and Visa

Costco has named Citigroup and Visa as its new credit card partners.
The two companies will become successors to American Express at the wholesale chain. The agreement with American Express is set to expire next year.
Citi will become the exclusive issuer of Costco's co-branded credit cards starting April 1, 2016. AMEX had been the company exclusive credit card partner since 1999.
