County-City, Law buildings open Thursday, courthouses closed

UPDATE: Courthouses 2 and 3 will reopen on January 22. Courthouse 1 remains closed.

SOUTH BEND, Ind. - The County-City and Law buildings will be back open on Thursday after being closed for two days due to no heat.
Officials announced heat was restored to the two downtown buildings.
Courthouses 1, 2 and 3, however, will still be closed. County officials will decide on Thursday if the courthouses can reopen on Friday.
