New details on the hidden camera found in the women's locker room at South Bend Fire headquarters.
St. Joseph County prosecutor Ken Cotter could file charges as soon as this week, if this leads to a prosecution.
ABC57 first broke the story for you back in June. Someone put a secret recording device in the women's changing room at South Bend Fire Station 1, on South Michigan St.
Indiana State Police has lead the investigation, and just last week submitted their findings. It's now up to Prosecutor Cotter to decide whether any criminal charges will be filed. Cotter told ABC57 he expects to go through the information gathered by ISP in the next several days.
