Couple accused of strapping four kids to hood of car appears in court

FORT WAYNE, Ind. -- On Tuesday, a couple accused of strapping four kids to the hood of a moving car appeared in court.
29-year-old Aaron Stefanski and 29-year-old Jessica Clark pleaded "not guilty" to neglect charges.
The couple was leaving a liquor store last week when they were stopped by a U.S. Marshal.
Stefanski also faces OWI and criminal recklessness charges.
Police said his Blood Alcohol Level was more than twice the legal limit.
