Crash in Elkhart injures two on Tuesday

ELKHART, Ind. --  A vehicle didn't yield the right of way at a stop sign, causing a crash, that injured two, at an Intersection in Elkhart on Tuesday at about 4:30 p.m.

According to Elkhart County Sheriff’s Office a vehicle was traveling south on County Road 15, stopped at stop sign to turn east onto County Road 40.

A second vehicle was heading west on County Road 40.

The first vehicle didn’t give the right of way and hit the second vehicle in the intersection, according to the Elkhart County Sheriff’s Office.

The driver of the second vehicle and a passenger of the first vehicle were transported to Goshen General Hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
