Crash on bypass leads to significant traffic jam

ST. JOSEPH COUNTY, Ind. – A crash on Saturday around 1:45 p.m. on the bypass near State Road 23 created a traffic jam where cars were backed up for over a mile.
The crash occurred in the northbound lane.
Injuries and the extent of the damages are unknown at this time.
As of 4:30 p.m. the traffic jam has been cleared.
