Creator of Elkhart cup memorial for gun violence victim speaks

The man who created the Elkhart cup memorial to honor friends and family he lost to gun violence speaks.

Damond Smart had to take down the 87 names he put up in Roosevelt Park Saturday, because he didn't secure the proper permit first.

Community members showed their support for Smart by putting up a heart made out of cups where his cups once were.
