SOUTH BEND, Ind. -- Michiana Crime Stoppers is offering a $500 reward for information leading to the arrest of an attempted murder suspect.
Randall Madison has been charged with attempted murder and aggravated battery for a shooting that injured a 17-year-old on August 3 in the 1200 block of E. Cedar, according to police.
The victim suffered a life threatening wound and is paralyzed as a result of the shooting, police said.
