'Dead mall' in Benton Harbor may be coming back to life

BENTON HARBOR, Mich. -- A "dead mall" in Benton Harbor may be coming back to life!
Two new businesses are coming to the Orchards Mall!
Sears committed to putting a home store near the food court on Thursday.
Two weeks ago, Claussen's Auto announced their plans for a new shop.
On Friday, some mall walkers told us that they are looking forward to the change!
"The walkers were worried about the mall closing… no place to walk. I don't think that's going to happen. Not now,” said Tom Kirkpatrick, one of the Orchards Mall walkers.
Sears plans to open by the end of April.
Orchards Mall told us there are plans to bring even more stores to the mall.
