Deputies arrest Warsaw attorney on fraud, theft charges

KOSCIUSKO COUNTY, Ind. -- The attorney who was wanted on warrants for fraud and theft has been taken into custody, according to the Kosciusko County Sheriff's Office.
Scott Lennox, 50, was arrested at a motel in West Lansing, Michigan.
Kosciusko County officials will extradite Lennox to Indiana to face two counts of fraud on a financial institution and six counts of theft.
Sheriff Dukes thanked the community for providing the tips crucial to his arrest.
