Detroit debt meetings underway

DETROIT -- Wednesday marked the beginning of several closed door debt meetings for Detroit's emergency manager.

Kevyn Orr is meeting Wednesday and Thursday with both city employee pensions systems and two retiree groups.

This is the second set of meetings with the groups.

Orr is expected to offer them about 10 cents on the dollar on billions in debt.

That is the money the city owes them in their retirement health care and pensions.
