Downed cable lines close part of C.R. 19 Thursday morning

ABC 57 GOSHEN, Ind. -- The City of Goshen reports C.R. 19 is currently closed at Indiana Avenue due to downed cable lines.
City officials say crews are working on-site to resolve the issue.
