Downtown South Bend to kick off Parker Appreciation Days

SOUTH BEND, Ind. -- Here's some incentive to park downtown.
Monday kicks off Parker Appreciation Days. If you park in one of downtown South Bend's parking garages during the next two Monday mornings, drivers will get a small token of appreciation.
It's all in effort to encourage people to use one of the three garages downtown.
Last February, South Bend officials made a parking promise to provide a clean, safe, and friendly place to park in the city.
