ason Kennedy, Stacy Neff

MARSHALL COUNTY, Ind. -- The Marshall County Sheriff's Department reports deputies, along with Plymouth police, fire, and EMS, responded to a single-vehicle crash in the 10000 block of Muckshaw Road around midnight Thursday.

Authorities say they found a man and woman in a red truck crashed off the side of the road.

The man, identified as Jason Kennedy of Plymouth, told deputies he was driving the truck.

The passenger, a woman identified as Stacy Neff of Bourbon, was found to be in possession of methamphetamine and possession of paraphernalia.

The report states Neff later fought and argued with law enforcement.

Neff and Kennedy were both taken to a Plymouth hospital for clearance and a certified blood test for Kennedy.

Kennedy's test results revealed him to be over four times the legal limit, deputies said.

The pair were then taken to the Marshall County Jail.

Neff was charged with Possession of Methamphetamine, Possession of Paraphernalia, Resisting Arrest, and Public Intoxication.

Kennedy was charged with Operating a Vehicle While Intoxicated.

They were each given a court date and a cash bond of $1500.
