Driver killed in single vehicle crash in Marshall County

MARSHALL COUNTY, Ind.—A driver was killed in a crash in Etna Green on December 18, according to the Marshall County Police Department.
Around 9:12 p.m. on Friday, police were sent to a crash involving injuries in the 600 block of 14B Road in Etna Green.
During their investigation, police learned a vehicle was traveling east on 14B Road when it left the road and struck a tree.
The driver, identified as 68-year-old Gene Burkett of Pierceton, was pronounced dead at the scene, according to police.
