Elkhart Central headed to baseball state championship

SOUTH BEND, Ind. — The Elkhart Central High School baseball team is headed to the state championship.
The team defeated Lafayette-Jefferson 2-1 on Saturday. The semi-state class 4A game was at Coveleski Stadium in South Bend.
Elkhart Central will play Saturday at 7 p.m. in Indianapolis at Victory Field.
