Elkhart intersection closed due to sinkhole

ELKHART, Ind. --- A sinkhole has closed down the intersection of 5th and Franklin streets in Elkhart.
The Street Department and Water Works are currently working on the issue.
No traffic, except residents needing to access their driveways, will be allowed through the intersection from any direction.
