Elkhart Police investigating stabbing

ELKHART, Ind. -- Elkhart Police are investigating a stabbing that happened Monday afternoon.
Police were called to the 400 block of W. Marion Street around 2 p.m. to investigate reports of a stabbing.
When they arrived, they found the victim with a single stab wound to the chest.
The victim reported being stabbed during an altercation.
The victim was taken to the hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
