Elkhart Police investigating tool theft from Lowe's

ELKHART, Ind. -- Elkhart Police have released surveillance pictures in connection with the investigation into the theft of Dewalt tools from Lowe's.
On July 11, police responded to the Lowe's to a report about the theft.
