Elkhart schools to return to in-person classes

ELKHART, Ind. – The Elkhart Community Schools Board of School Trustees announced yesterday that students in Elkhart Community Schools and the Elkhart Area Career Center will return to in-person learning in March.

Current hybrid students in Elkhart Community Schools will return to a Monday through Thursday in-person school week.

Students in the Elkhart Area Career Center will return to a Monday through Friday in-person school week.

These changes come as the school district closely monitors COVID-19 infection rates in Elkhart County.
