Exxon mobile has big plans for off-shore drilling.
The company is spending $14-billion to drill one of the biggest oil fields in the North Atlantic, close to where the Titanic sank.
Some experts are concerned about safety and spills, arguing that drilling could be a mistake.
Others say the benefits of more jobs and more domestic energy outweigh the risks.
