Former SBPD officer's Domestic Battery case dismissed

SPBD: David Finn SOUTH BEND, Ind. -- A former officer with the South Bend Police Department has had his Domestic Battery case dismissed without prejudice.
According to St. Joseph County court documents, David Finn was initially arrested on Nov. 17, 2024, for a Misdemeanor charge of Domestic Battery.
The case was dismissed on April 13.
